and stronger, but will also teach you elements of
self-defense.
It’s a great way to get in shape and have fun
while you are doing it. You can let out aggression on the punch
bags, improve posture and coordination, and will feel increased
confidence.
Classes involve a warm-up, work with a partner on the bags
or with mitts using punching combinations and include conditioning
drills like push-ups and sit-ups. At Hiscoes you also have the
option of one-on-one boxing sessions with our experienced trainers.
