Group Size max 12: for added variety and motivation! Includes conditioning, cardio and hybrid interval style training, that keeps burning calories long after the workout ends.
Personal Training Styled: smaller groups with a focus on weight-training. Accountability from the group – gets results and keeps them.

OFF-PEAK: 6am-5.45pm & 8.45pm-10pm Mon-Thurs, all day Fri, Sat Sun (60min bookings, play-on applies)
